My tribute to Bryan Adams

Those of you who have made an effort to read my profile in the past , must have got a hint that I am a die-hard fan of Adams. This particular fan had suddenly drifted away from her fav crooner since the last six months or so. Those who knew me personally would have been amazed by the fact thatI havent listened to him for that long.
But then this morning whenI was cruising through my music folder, I had a sudden resurgence of emotions when i saw him sitting in that folder demurely, inconspicious yet beckoning me to him.
After half an hour of resplendent ecstacy of his husky, lilting melodies I realized it's a high time I made a post about him.

Somehow Adams has always been there through all the turbulations, the highs-the lows, for the past 6-7 years of my life.
He brought me my first best friend in college to me in the most frustrating situation times of that year. My 2nd friend followed . a common thread binding us.
Then followed this person whom I absolutely love ... the first post I'd read of his was titled " The summer of 69".
Now that I'm done with the reminisings....Lets start off with Adams... I guess the rest of his fans would probably the same things anyway..

The most awesome lyrics , each one of his songs contain those precious few lines which are significantly priceless, atleast to me. I am always amazed by the way he can put some undescribable emotions into those perfect words, more so because me as a person cant remotely write anything close to be called poetic -I guess Iyer knows better with me challenging him once and ultimately ending up making him eat bird curry.
Or better still this will give u a better insight into my poetic abilities if ur new around here which is, ofcourse, expecting for too much .
Anyway comming back to Adams, there is this thing in his voice apart from the melting huskiness, an intense soothing that calms you down , ready to make you face the world again, perks you up when you are down.
Anger, despair, love, passion, desperation, contentment, peace, faith, hope..... everything that life gives you , he has sung it for you and makes you believe the song had been made for you alone.
Then comes his awesome guitar work, just show me another person who can do the "Summer of 69"with the same energy as he can!
His recent album, "Room Service" delivered some of the best songs of his career- Open road,Flying.
